Q2. Can I order your products outside the INDIA?

At this time we currently do not ship outside of the INDIA.

Q3. Can orders to be changed after they are placed?

Yes. Assuming your order hasn’t been shipped we can change, update or cancel your order. Please email us or call us with your invoice number and change request.

Q4. Do you offer coupons or special discounts?

Yes. We frequently have free giveaways and posted specials on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Follow us or join our newsletter to start receiving special offers.

Q5. Who are you certified with?

Our organic certification is through Ecocert ICO LLC USA. Our Kosher certification is with Earth Kosher. We are also Non-GMO Project Verified.

Q6. Do you accept product returns or exchanges?

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you have a defective, damaged, or a product you’re unsatisfied with please contact us so we can promptly resolve any issues.

Q7. What methods of payment does Naturevibe Botanicals accept?

For online retail orders, we accept Paypal,American Express, Visa, Discover, Masercard, Maestro. We are also actively working to add more payment options for our customer’s ease.

Q8. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on retail orders shipped to New Jersey only. Wholesale orders shipped to New Jersey will also be charged sales tax unless we have received a copy of your New Jersey seller’s permit.

Q9. What is your Return Policy?

To make sure your returns are taken care of smoothly and effectively, all you need to do is provide us with the product order number, invoice number, and a concise explanation about the cause for the return. Please note, you would have to do this within 30 days of the invoice date and we shall take it forward from there and sort your returns as soon as possible. However, we do not refund any special offer products or shipping charges.

Q10. What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products have about a two-year shelf life when stored in cool dark dry place. Kindly note that each packet will come printed will come printed with the exact expiration date.

Q11. How do I store my product?

We strongly advise storing he product in a cool, dark, dry place. If your packet re-seal does not seem sufficient, you can always transfer the product to an air-tight container or jar.

Q12. Does your packaging facility process nuts?

We would like to inform you that our products are packaged in a facility that handles tree nuts.

Q13. Is your packaging facility gluten-free?

We would like to inform that the packaging facility is not certified as gluten-free.
